How does OPDwin work?

OPDwin offers transparency of visualization and automation by showing a continuous identification-number. This enables the operator of the production line after only a three-day-course to modify the process control independently.

• 1. High flexibility of the process management is achieved by dividing the production line i in basic functions and basic function elements. This way the different actuators can be controlled manually or automatically. Running in automated mode the production line is controlled completely automatically.
• 2. It is possible to combine different and older automation parts with OPDWin by using the default standards.
• 3. Creation and acquisition of all necessary parts of the process flow. It is possible to provide selected data locally or via the internet. The forward looking programming of OPDWin allows to choose an unrestricteddatabase. The major task is a seamless back trace of the charging and the connection to all superior systems.
