The OPDwin PMS is a modular software for cheap and flexible integration of the "automated production world" in the business processes within and outside a manufacturing company.

From the delivery of raw materials on various internal business areas to the finished product are with OPDwin PMS all relevant product data fully traceable. These data are available locally or over the Internet and thereby enable an exchange of information between different production sites or suppliers of raw materials.

The OPDwin PMS offers its users the opportunity to generate administrative task user profiles with different rights. So there are different views available in which only the relevant information is visible: A sales representative, sees only the data which is relevant for his activities, such as start of production, production capacity, estimated production or shipping date. The management view shows the data which are important for strategic decisions, such as Utilization, down time, maximum capacity. These user profiles are selectable and configurable for each customer.

The OPDwin PMS is modular designed and offers the opportunity to create a system that suits exactly to the requirements of your company.

A small selection of optional modules:

• Storage alternating with recipe adjustment
  When the storage place of a raw material is changed all parameters as storage location or scales are automatically exchanged in all recipes. The recipes are versioned.
• Raw material exchange
  Replacement of a raw material in all recipes. The recipes are stored and versioned.
• Booking a product in silo
  A product can be produced inside a silo. The silos will be adjusted accordingly.
• Costs per recipe
  The material costs of each recipe are displayed per kg.
• Product Groups rules
  Compatibility rules are defined by product groups. For example, product group 3 may be produced immediately after product Group 2 , but not inversely.
• Mixer charts
  To each record can be displayed a chart that shows mixer temperature, -speed, -power and -reserve.
• Batch charts
  For each batch protocol can be displayed a chart that shows the consumption of raw materials.
• Order by external control
  No new jobs are created when the orders are made by an external system such as SAP.
• Batch data export to external
  The batch data can be sent to an external system, such as Semiramis, SAP, etc.
• Statistics export as. csv
  The statistical data can be displayed in a. cvs-file, which is exportable.
• Raw material consumption report
  Raw material consumption reports (with components and volume information for selection of the period and the sort) are exported as .html file to a specific directory.

The OPDwin PMS is independent of the software used in your company. It is compatible to all operating systems and has, inter alia, interfaces to SAP / Oracle and other database systems (optionial).

The database of OPDwin PMS is choseable freely and therefore adaptable on your requirements or to existing systems.
